I have previously spoke to you about some of them and you said that it sounds like a lot of them are related to or caused by stress. Could you offer up an explanation from your scientific standpoint that gives me an idea what stress is, where it comes from, and what I can do about it. Im just concerned because I have read much on true cures revolution and you consistently say that if we meet up for training I need to have my stress low. Is stress something that can be cured or does it somehow need to be dealt with prior to the cure to make a cure possible.
The body can only do so much at any given moment. You only have X-amount of energy to burn and utilize at any moment. Stress comes in three forms, chemical (coffee, alcohol, toxic gases and other heavy pollutants and such), physical (gym work outs, hard labor) and mental (Can be defined by any unnatural use of the mind or confrontations). When the body is taking on undo stress of any kind it shifts it's energy from our subconscious immune system to to our conscious efforts. For example if you are late for work and driving through rush hour traffic and find yourself extremely stressed out or irritated your body will flip a switch and direct all energy to the task of negotiating the traffic by directing all energy to the mental process. This act is what I refer to as being "switched" when a person is switched they are not functioning with their full immune response.
When we get less sleep we spend much more of our time "switched" because we simply do not have the capacity to run all our programs with such little sleep. If we skip meals we spend more time switched. When a person goes to the gym to work out the body shifts all energy to the lifting and exercise.
Stress is not a disease that can be cured. Stress makes for a strong economy so our world leaders see to it that all its subjects remain as stressed as possible. The only way to get around stress or "cure" it so to speak is to learn to live without all the things we all feel we must have.
If you were trained to control your immune system the first thing you would learn is how to flip the switch back to your immune system. It is most simply and above all the single most important lesson for improving ones health. For example, if a person feels a cold or infection coming on they could flip the switch back to immunity and take an hour or four to relax unwind and drink some water to allow the immune system to fully engage the invader to stop days of down time.
Stress is the main reason it is so important people learn to use their own immune system. I can cure the most fortunate and youth on a two day visit but for those who have to plug back into their stressful routines it is more difficult. They need to know how to correct themselves.
True Cures Evolution still works for stressful people as long as they have a partner to help them stay on top of their immune system. I would say True Cures Evolution is a stressed person's only chance at survival. Ideally a person would be able to change their lifestyles to a less stressful one but lets face it, that take a great deal of sacrifice but if a person learns True Cures Evolution they can be disease free and stressed at the same time. They will simply have to spend more time keeping up with their immunity, more conscious effort where as a less stressed person could let their subconscious run it alone.
Does that help?
